Instructions for invited speakers

Invited speakers will be contacted individually to discuss the arrangements.

Instructions for speakers

The presentation sessions are one hour long, and each session includes three presentations. Speakers have ten minutes for their talk. The chair of the session decides how the discussion time of thirty minutes will be used.

Speakers are required to pre-record their presentations. These videos must be sent to the organisers in advance, and they will be uploaded on the congress platform before the event. This allows us to mitigate the risk of bad internet connections. The videos are followed by live discussion. It is possible to provide a link or a pdf for further reading.

Speakers confirm their places in the programme by registering during the early bird period (3 May-30 June).

Speakers will be asked to update the format of their abstract in line with our new abstract guidelines (to be published).

Instructions for poster presenters

The virtual poster consists of 1) a focused three-minute presentation as a video, and 2) a single-page pdf that summarises the main points.

The poster videos must be sent to the organisers in advance, and they will be uploaded on the congress platform before the event.

The posters will be available on the congress platform throughout the event. The audience can engage with the poster presenters using chat and video messages.

Poster presenters will be asked to update the format of their abstract in line with our new abstract guidelines (to be published).
