Call to host the ENRIO Congress 2025
ENRIO invites interested organisations to submit proposals to host the next ENRIO Congress.
ENRIO Congresses have as their goal to foster discussion of research integrity practice and the development of responsible research in Europe. Past congresses have been hosted by the Research Integrity Offices of Finland (online, 2021) and France (Paris, 2023), in collaboration with universities (Aalto University, Sorbonne University). Hosting organizations are responsible for local arrangements (conference site, conference website and registration, etc.) and for the joint planning of the conference programme. The next event is taking place during the period June-October 2025.
Schedule for Submission and Review
Each of the following documents should be addressed to the board of ENRIO and sent to: ENRIO Board board@enrio.eu and ENRIO secretary office@enrio.eu
Preliminary bids are due on 15th of February 2024
Preliminary bids should include the following:
• confirmation or update of the hosting institution(s) and principal contact(s), as presented in the letter of intent
• short presentation of the hosting institution(s)
• a description of the proposed conference venue
• proposed dates for the congress & information about the format (on-site/hybrid/online)
• tentative key themes
